Through the workshop you will:
• Realize that everyone can be an innovator
• Understand that innovation is a skillset that can be learned and mastered
• Place personal innovation in a bigger social and systemic context
• Walk away with a set of simple and actionable know-hows (processes and tools) for innovation to apply in your everyday personal and professional life
Language
Workshop will be conducted in English. Group discussions and exercises can be conducted in Cantonese and Mandarin.
About the organizer and hosts
2Innovate.Asia is a social innovation platform leading and facilitating Innovation in Asia within the context of fast and discontinuous global systemic change and transformation. Through coaching, training and consulting we help our individual and corporate clients design, develop and execute effective, sustainable and relevant innovation at the personal, social and organisational levels. Using our integral Innovation model, we assist our clients understand the global context and direction of innovation, and the role of leadership and personal mastery in realising innovation that sticks.

Paul is an experienced mindset coach and devoted social innovator. He is referred to by his clients as the Mindset Master because of his clear knowledge on the subject behavioural change, and his skill to facilitate break-through transformation through his unique coaching and masterminding approach. Paul's teaching model successfully integrates a wide spectrum of disciplines, from spirituality and enlightenment to psychology, mindset, integral theory, design thinking, sustainability and global systems theory. Paul also brings over 20-years of international experience including founding and leading his own design and consulting organisation working with companies such as Pepsi, Cisco, United Nations and Symantec, He is currently VP of Coach Development for the Hong Kong International Coaching Community as well as being deeply involved with several community centred personal empowerment and educational initiatives in Hong Kong.

Brian is a creative global strategist and innovator. He has spent more than 15 years globally to consult and work with many senior leaders in many international organizations, such as Cigna, KKR, Bank of America, China Merchants Bank, Ping An, Microsoft, HP, AT&T, and others. He has held various senior global positions, such as Global Head of Innovation and Global Head of Strategy and Marketing. He specializes in leading transformational strategy and innovation initiatives, and develop overall innovation competency - people, structure and process. He has extensive innovation experience in many key subjects (e.g. market disruption and digital) and many international markets, including HK, China, US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Taiwan, Thailand, New Zealand, India and Turkey. Brian brings an extensive knowledge and professional network throughout the innovation ecosystem in Asia. He holds a MBA in Technology Management from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant / Chartered Accountant from Canada. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on the subject with universities and public media.

Yan is a facilitator and social innovator. She designs and facilitates educational programs, and builds deeply collaborative communities. Yan started her career as a curriculum designer and project manager in Shanghai during 2005-2008. She then moved to Finland to pursue her pursue a research master’s program in social science. During this period she worked on several social innovation projects and was an active member of the HUB Helsinki which is member of the Impact Hub Global. She moved to Hong Kong in 2011 to work as an education researcher in Hong Kong Institute of Education, and later to help kick-start Good Lab - the first social innovation co-working space and community in Hong Kong as the membership manager. She holds a BS, MA of Education, and MA of Social Research.
